Why do we love Amazon so much? That's easy! Packages arrive exactly when we need them. A few years ago, if someone needed a product overnight and didn't have the time to go to the store, they would be paying a lot of money for express shipping. Now, you can find almost any item part of Amazon Prime which qualifies for the 2-day shipping. Some products are even available for 1-day shipping! The price points are great, delivery is amazing, and they are opening up Amazon Go stores. While more and more Amazon Go stores open up, we can expect to possibly see a pick-up in store option which is what many competitors like Walmart are doing.

Will Walmart sneak up on Amazon?

Amazon has been taking market shares of some of the biggest retailers with their online presence. Walmart has shown no signs of giving up, but instead they're keeping up with Amazon's craziness. While Amazon tries to keep up with Walmart's lowest prices, Walmart has been trying to keep up with improving delivery by offering 2-day shipping.

In addition to great shipping methods, there needs to be a way for personalization. Packaging is important in business as it sends a message of being more than just a box with the products someone brought.
